Pieces in the Ready to Ship section of the website will be dispatched within 3 working days
ADORNMENT (MADE TO ORDER)
To minimise waste, every piece of Ara adornment is made to order and has up to a 2, 3 or 6 week turnaround time before posting.
Each product listing specifies the required turnaround time.
If you require something by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering to see what might be possible.
Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together within the longest specified timescale.
OBJECTS
Object orders will usually be dispatched within 3 working days.
Please allow up to two weeks for The Incense Altar to be created before dispatch.
Orders containing items of Adornment will be shipped together within the longest specified timescale.

Ara the altar offers worldwide shipping via Royal Mail:
UK | First Class Signed For - £4
UK | Special Delivery - £7
International | Tracked and/or signed (destination dependent) - £10
Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ara the altar cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive e-mail notification and tracking information. If you cannot find your confirmation e-mails, please check your spam folder.
In preparation for safe dispatch, Ara adornment will be tucked into a minimal waste, hemp pocket, ethically made here in the UK, and packaged using recyclable and biodegradable materials.
To help minimise waste, a delivery note will not be included within the package. However, if you would like this to be included, please get in touch to make this request when placing your order.

RETURNS
ADORNMENT
As each item is made to order, Ara the altar is unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any problems with your order please do not hesitate to get in touch.
OBJECTS
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, providing that the product is returned unused and in a saleable condition.
If you wish to return an item, please notify me via email and you will be provided with the return address.
Ara the altar is unable to cover the cost of returns. It is recommended to use an insured delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
